Make sure to check out the link to the powerpoint presentation below, it offers an analysis by Cora NW of the proposed multi-family update’s impact on townhouse design. And if you can make it, they will be presenting their analysis at two public meetings.
Should be a great opportunity to ask questions, bring up some issues you have with the proposed multi-family update (personally, I think the update still needs more work in mitigating the impact that occurs when multi-family-zoned lots bump up against single-family zoned lots), and to learn about FAR (floor to area ratio).
