This NE Seattle house for sale on Redfin deserves a little publicity. It could have easily been torn down and replaced by a mega house, but the developer instead decided to completely restore and update the house. I’ve gotta think that if you live here you’ll automatically be off to a good start with your neighbors.

Of course, I can be surly, don’t like to work weekends and can’t keep my car clean…
But, it’s good news to hear someone wants to buy this house - a lot of care went into its restoration.
