On Ravenna Avenue NE, Density-Infrastructure = blech!
Lots of condos, apartments and townhomes (even a mobile home park) up in this corner of Ravenna Ave by Lake City Way. Not as much investment in pedestrian safety.

this area is horrible for pedestrians. To get down 25th Ave NE to the bus stop involves walking down a steep hill with no sidewalks in traffic, not to mention the water/ice producing natural spring that got paved over. F+ on the planning here.
I hear that neighbors are working to advocate for a sidewalk at this site.
Yes. I believe they are submitting it as a ‘bridging the gap’ candidate - they tried last year and it didn’t make the cut. I couldn’t find the list of Bridging the Gap candidates on SDOT’s site - so I can’t completely confirm that it is there.
