Squire Park offers detailed improvements for Multi-Family Land Use Code.

Call me impressed, because while most of us (yours truly included) talk about Seattle’s broken zoning - we don’t really dive into the specifics of how to fix it.

However, the Squire Park folks have put together some really good recommendations that encourage reusing existing housing stock to support multi-family development and creating incentives for new multi-family housing to include affordable housing units.
