How come these Phinney Ridge condo marketers don’t feature the back of their building?

Probably because it’s just too depressing to see how closely they back up against the single family homes they border. Seriously, putting 40′ zoning right up against single family zoning is just not good zoning. A transitional upzoning for the single family homes in back would have been much more humane.
