Plymouth Housing Group to get funds for low-income housing? It’s all in the city council’s hands now.

I was checking out the Real Change web site and saw their report on $3.5 million possibly being allocated to the Plymouth Housing Group to help purchase property at First Ave. and Cedar St. for housing for homeless people. The only thing this project needs right now is approval from the city council, and hopefully that will go through.
