Hugh Sisley, a land owner in Roosevelt will be raizing properties that have been described as ’slums’ and develop high-density properties instead. Given the track record of their property management in Roosevelt, and their plan to continue being involved with these properties, get ready for a big fight. Especially worrisome to neighbors is a feeling that the developers will construct buildings over 4 stories tall.
